Restaurants across the state are closed to in-house dining. So where does that leave restaurant owners?

Shimi Kahn is the owner of Falafel Salam, a West Seattle restaurant and food truck.

He says that he's been encouraged by the community support he's seen. In fact, it's the only reason Falafel Salam is still open for delivery, instead of closing completely as he'd originally planned.
