Seattle Now: When is the pandemic over?

With just a few weeks to go until Washington fully reopens, Seattle becomes the first major U.S. city to fully vaccinate 70% of its population. Covid cases and deaths are at their lowest point locally in almost a year. Things are looking up. But when can we say the pandemic is finally over?
