Seattle Now: WA's struggle to not change the clocks
Love it or hate it, it's almost time to change the clocks: Daylight saving time is coming up this weekend. The twice-yearly ritual has outlived numerous attempts by state lawmakers to simplify things. Northwest News Network reporter Tom Banse helps us sort through the details.
