Lummi Nation asks federal government for emergency intervention to aid Puget Sound orcas

Morris is senior policy advisor for the Sovereignty and Treaty Protection office for the Lummi Nation.
On May 17, NOAA announced that two orcas, J-17 and J-53 have both declined in health.
