Kim Malcolm talks with journalist Miles O'Brien about his new Frontline documentary.

Three months ago, Washington state confirmed its first case of the novel coronavirus. It was with a Snohomish County man in his 30s who had traveled to China.

Washington state has been at the forefront of the pandemic battle ever since, which has taken the lives of more than 40,000 Americans.

Miles O'Brien has been reporting on science for over 30 years. His latest project aired this week on PBS's Frontline. It's called "Coronavirus Pandemic."
