Crime emerges as a top issue for Seattle voters and candidates in 2023

Crime is a much bigger issue for Seattle voters this year than it was in 2021 when Mayor Bruce Harrell was elected, according to a recent poll. But is the change in voters' moods having any discernable impact on this year’s Seattle City Council races?
