Okay, fine. Seattle Grace Hospital doctors were bound to face the pandemic. What about the other shows?

When you turn on the television (or open a new tab) you can get lost in the world of a romantic period drama or pleasant cooking competition. But not all shows are providing the perfect escape from life in a pandemic. As networks and streaming services try to do business safely and profitably, the pandemic has crept into many plotlines and production styles.

Bill Radke spoke with Melanie McFarland, a TV Critic for Salon.com, about watching television made in the Covid bubble.
