The two men arrested for January’s shooting at 3rd and Pine are headed back to court today. Both men have pled not guilty to 8 criminal counts, including first-degree murder. Between them the two men have 65 previous arrests and 34 convictions. King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg joined Bill Radke to talk about how the city is handling these repeat offenders.
