What Seattle can learn from its past emptiness

Whether it was the Boeing bust or the general strike, Seattle has been deserted before.
Historian and organizer Shaun Scott says that our currently empty streets present an opportunity for a more equitable future.
His recent piece for Crosscut is “‘Weeks where decades happen’: Seattle has been a ghost town before.”
