Ann Dornfeld, Abusive teachers
Seattle knew these teachers were abusive, but they were allowed to remain in – and in some cases, to return to – the classroom. KUOW’s Ann Dornfeld investigated the story, which included one teacher who punched an 8th grader in the face in the middle of class, and another who was pulling multiple state salaries while working as a substitute teacher during administrative suspension from another job.
