McKay on Mueller
The report finds that the Russian government did interfere in the election in "sweeping and systematic fashion.” The report tells us more about why the special counsel did not charge the president or his campaign with conspiring in or coordinating that interference. Former US Attorney for the Western District of Washington, John McKay, knows Robert Mueller well and joined us to read between the lines.
