City auditor on encampments trash removal
In the past two years, Seattle has removed at least 5 million pounds of trash from homeless encampments. But a new auditor’s report says the city could and should be doing more. Sydney Brownstone, a reporter with the Seattle Times’ Project Homeless, has been following the story.
