Repeat drunk drivers may face tougher penalties in Washington state

Kim Malcolm talks with State Rep. Roger Goodman (D-Kirkland) about a proposed bill that would toughen penalties for repeat DUI offenders.

Under current law, someone can be charged with a felony DUI if they've been convicted of three DUIs within a 10 year period. Goodman's proposed bill would expand that window to 15 years.
