'The Wild with Chris Morgan' Returns for A Sixth Season, Exploring Eight of America's National Parks

THE WILD with Chris Morgan podcast is a celebration of the natural world and the people devoted to wild places and incredible species. Each episode explores our world’s complex web of ecosystems, taking listeners on an immersive, sound-rich journey across the Pacific Northwest and around the world. From climbing a giant redwood tree to howling for wolves to snorkeling over a coral reef, listeners will feel as though they are side-by-side with host and ecologist Chris Morgan, experiencing the wonder and resilience of nature.

Season six of THE WILD takes listeners through America's National Parks — exploring the biggest threats to biodiversity and the innovative solutions at work. These beloved American landscapes are not just beautiful places to visit, but critical wild habitats with complex histories of human stewardship. This season will explore the past and future of America's most iconic wild places — and how their survival impacts all species, including our own. The first episode takes listeners to Redwood National and State Park, home to some of the tallest trees on Earth, to explore why scientists are chopping down forests in order to save them.
