An investigation by The New York Times and ProPublica finds that two billionaire preachers hold the keys to the Republican Party in Texas. Tim Dunn and Farris Wilks made their billions in the oil industry and now have a network of nonprofits, think tanks, political action committees and media organizations that hold influence throughout their state.
