As Washington state tries to move along its Covid vaccination program, it has launched an online questionnaire to help people figure out whether they’re eligible for the next round.

The new tool, called Phase Finder, will ask for information like age, health condition, living situation, and what kind of work you do to determine your Covid-19 vaccine eligibility.

Greg Endler, who serves on the state Department of Health's Vaccine Advisory Committee, said the website will have a list of providers where eligible people can get vaccinated.

“Those who are not eligible have the option to leave their email or text option with us, and we will text or email them back when their phase is turned on,” Endler said.

Phase Finder will also help the department monitor the demand and help with planning.
