VA's plan to fix housing issues excludes impacted veterans

NPR has been reporting for the past year on a snafu at the Department of Veterans Affairs that left a shocking number of veterans on the verge of losing their homes.

Now an NPR investigation has found that the VA’s rescue plan to fix the problem is excluding thousands of vets who still need help.
