The popularity of vegan meals in California schools is growing

More and more students in California public schools are choosing vegan options for their lunches every day. The change is due to two main factors: school programs aimed at diversifying menus and offering more options, and students and parents becoming more conscious of the impact of meat and dairy practices on the environment. These findings come from a recent report by The Friends Of The Earth.
