The case for and against homemade guns, as the Supreme Court considers 'ghost guns'

As the Supreme Court hears a case about efforts to regulate homemade guns, Here & Now‘s Scott Tong speaks with Michael McCoy, director for the Center to Keep and Bear Arms at the Mountain States Legal Foundation. They represent some of the plaintiffs in the case.

Tong also speaks with David Pucino, legal director of the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. The group and an affiliate have filed briefs at various phases in this case.
