Supreme Court hears case about permits regulating sewage in waterways
Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Columbia Law School professor Camille Pannu about a case before the Supreme Court Wednesday about permits that regulate the amount of sewage that flows into waterways during and after heavy rainstorms.
San Francisco is suing the Environmental Protection Agency over the permits in a case that Pannu says centers on who is responsible for pollution that is increasingly caused by climate change.
