Plant tied to listeria outbreak had past violations, reports say
Nine people have now died, and dozens have been hospitalized in a listeria outbreak linked to a Boar’s Head factory in Virginia that has recalled millions of pounds of deli meat. CBS reports that the plant had numerous violations.
