Northwest Iowa hit with severe flooding

Several counties in Northwest Iowa have been decimated by catastrophic flooding. Many have been forced from their homes and hundred have been rescued. Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has asked for aid from the federal government to deal with the ongoing issues and the aftermath.
