Meet the Clintons, again
President Bill Clinton and former Senator and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have been in the center of American politics for decades now.
They are now on tour as a couple to discuss their achievements and current events. They address President Donald Trump, how Democrats and Republicans used to work together, and what the future may hold.
Hillary Rodham Clinton was the first female presidential candidate nominated by a major party. Her memoir concerning the 2016 campaign is called “What Happened.”
William Jefferson Clinton is the author, with James Patterson, of the novel “The President is Missing.”
Actor Bradley Whitford, who played White House Deputy Chief of Staff Josh Lyman on the TV series The West Wing, moderated the conversation.
“An Evening with the Clintons” took place at Seattle’s WAMU Theater on May 3. KUOW’s Sonya Harris recorded the event.
