Locked display cases are turning off shoppers

According to a survey by the consumer advocacy website Consumer World, more than half of shoppers are likely to go elsewhere if they need to get a product out of a locked display case at a retail store.

Retail Brew senior reporter Andrew Adam Newman joins host Jane Clayson. He has been looking into the proliferation of these cases, how consumers feel about then and how they may be hurting businesses.
