'A deep heaviness of heart' after Burlington mall shooting

As the suspect in a mall shooting in Burlington, Washington appeared in court Monday, the community continued to grieve for the victims.

Five people were fatally shot at Cascade mall on Friday.

The Skagit Valley community will hold a 'Light the Boulevard' vigil from 7 - 8 p.m. Monday near the mall.

Over the weekend, community members came together at churches in Skagit County. KUOW spoke with Terry Hall, Noah Richards, Geoff Stensland and Rayna Richards about their reaction to the tragedy that struck their community.
