California’s wet winter and dry hot early summer has created a tinder box ready to ignite, already sparking more than 3,500 fires.

That’s a red flag for what’s to come according to David Barrett of MySafe:LA, a fire prevention group providing mitigation services to California’s Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
