Amazon warehouse workers at high risk of getting seriously injured on the job

Kim Malcolm talks with reporter Will Evans about his investigation into injury rates at Amazon warehouses

An investigation by Reveal finds that Amazon warehouse workers suffer serious injuries at more than double the rate of the warehouse industry, nationwide.

In 2018, Amazon warehouse workers were seriously injured at a rate of 9.6 for every 100 workers. The national industry average in 2018 was 4 per 100 workers.
