How have you found community with or without a religious affiliation in Seattle?

Seattle has tied for the top metro area with the highest share of residents who have no religious affiliation according to new data from the Pew Research Center. The other city whose residents are mostly agnostic, atheist, or "nothing in particular" is our PNW neighbor, Portland.

This has KUOW's Seattle Now team thinking about the role religion can play in a person's connection to their local community. We want to hear from people who have a religious affiliation and those who don't about how they find community in Seattle. Atheists, Agnostics, Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims, Pagans, Wiccans, any and all are welcome to share their stories.

If you're interested in participating, fill out the short Form below or reach out to Digital Community Engagement Producer, alexandra@kuow.org.

We'll invite six people to our station in the U-District for a one-hour roundtable discussion hosted by Patricia Murphy.
