It was a hotly contested bike lane that had people on both sides asking is the city listening to their concerns? It was another big week for the airline industry as the acting head of the FAA came before Congress to talk about the Boeing crashes that killed more than 350 people. Since those crashes, we've learned that Boeing offers airlines two optional safety features. A display showing the readings of two angle of attack sensors and a disagree light that goes off if those sensors don't agree with each other. Neither of the downed 737s had those features because Ethiopian Airlines and Lion Air didn't buy them. Why was Boeing allowed to charge extra for safety?
