The CDC announced that if you've been fully vaccinated, you can stop wearing a mask indoors if you're with other fully vaccinated people. Is this the start of the Covid thaw? Bill Radke spoke with King County Executive Dow Constantine about what this new guidance means for King County and the rest of Washington state. Also, NPR's TV Eric Deggans discusses the Oprah interview with Meghan and Harry and how it squares with the royal family we've seen on the Netflix show The Crown. Later Bill is joined by KUOW education reporter Ann Dornfeld and education attorney Shannon McMinimee for an update on the state of reopening schools in Washington and who's in charge of making the final call.
