Making sense of SPD's bodycam video

The bodycam video of a Seattle Police officer’s callous comments about a young victim is getting national, and international, attention.

The Seattle Police Officer’s Guild said Friday that the public has been misinterpreting the video, saying there is more detail and nuance that is not known to the public yet.
