Business owners react to Governor's new reopening plan

We hear from two small business owners about Governor Inslee's new plan to allow shuttered businesses to reopen. A new report on homelessness from researchers in Los Angeles offers insights into what Seattle should be doing to tackle the problem. And we talk to King County executive Dow Constantine on the latest plans to roll out Covid-19 vaccinations.
