Philadelphia voter fraud from the 1990s fuels false claims 

Both candidates have been campaigning in the important swing state of Pennsylvania, and former President Donald Trump has been making unsubstantiated statements claiming recent fraud there. There is no evidence of major recent fraud, but there has been past fraud, including in 1993.
