Obama Announces Action On Climate Change

Today, President Barack Obama announced he's taking aim at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. He also said he'll only support the controversial Keystone XL pipeline if it doesn't lead to a net increase in greenhouse gas emissions.
