Claire O’Donnell is a Director at Amazon, where she leads the Selling Partner Premium Services organization, a global organization of 600+ employees across sales, marketing, account management, operations, software development, product management, and analytics functions who provide services to help grow participating Selling Partners’ businesses on Amazon. She joined Amazon in 2010 as part of the Retail Leadership Development program and over the last 9 years has held a number of different roles within Amazon’s Consumer organization, both launching new and managing existing businesses. Prior to Amazon, she worked at Bain & Company, a management consultancy firm. Claire has a Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Originally from the UK, Claire has lived in 5 different countries and currently resides in Seattle with her husband, Reid, son, Leo, and Labradoodle, Lando.
