For the third installment of KUOW’s live neighborhood specials, we are taking over the Center For Wooden Boats on August 15. Don your best nautical gear, join our live audience and watch as radio history is made in South Lake Union.
First, Bill Radke reviews the week’s news with special guests Sherman Alexie, Joni Balter and Knute Berger on Week In Review (10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.).
Then, Ross Reynolds and Marcie Sillman hunt for the “heart” of SLU on The Record (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.). What ingredients make a neighborhood? Does SLU have them? We’ll discuss with residents, historians, leaders, and folks on the street.
Do you know what that spells in flag semaphore?
