What is Marriage?

Washington State Law tells us marriage is a contract between two parties to establish the right to own property together. Most people don't figure that out until they're headed for divorce court. Today we'll meet a couple that put plenty of thought into their rights and responsibilities as a couple. They've crafted their own union with documents they wrote themselves. Children's Hospital Expansion Goes Before City Council
