Election 2009: McGinn and Mallahan Debate
Last night Joe Mallahan and Mike McGinn faced each other in a debate. The race for Seattle mayor is heating up. Mike McGinn's campaign made robo–calls suggesting Joe Mallahan agrees with the National Rifle Association. We get an update from KUOW reporter Deborah Wang.

Robo–Calls
The Federal Trade Commission banned robo–calls earlier this month. But candidates are exempt from the ban. KUOW's John Ryan reports.

Disabled War Vet Denied Citizenship.
Pakistani born Muhammad Zahid Chaudry is in a wheel chair for injuries suffered while serving in the National Guard. Now immigration officials are denying Chaudry's citizenship application. They say Chaudry can't prove he has good moral character.
