The Sound of Noise: Listeners' Forum Featuring the Soundscape of Your Life
05/12/2009 at 9:00 a.m.
There are noises all around us: chirping birds, beeping horns, humming refrigerators. Most of us learn to ignore this cacophony, but some people actually collect these sounds. Field recorders think of the noises that make up our environment as interesting sounds worth collecting. What sounds do you hear every day? Are some of those noises beautiful when you isolate them? What is the soundscape of your life? Call in and play sounds for us, or email your recordings to Weekday.Guest(s)
