Rick Steves didn't miss Hempfest this past weekend. He was a featured speaker, encouraging attendees to help decriminalize marijuana by becoming spokespeople in their communities. Why does he believe that our current drug policies should be reformed? Also, Rick recently filmed an episode of his PBS show in Iran. What did he learn about the people and the culture?
