Jeff Weissman made a commitment to organic products for his Great Harvest bread stores. With the help of Open Heart Ranch near Spokane, he's also able to make his bread a little more local. Jeff worked with the farmers to Megan Sukys goes to Great Harvest to find out what it takes to turn Hard Red Wheat into fresh baked bread.
