Seattle's Digital Disparity

The mayor–elect, Mike McGinn, had proposed a city–owned broadband network to provide high–speed Internet access to everyone in the city. Currently, there are some major neighborhoods that can't get reliable access. Freelance technology reporter Glenn Fleishman looked into why that gap is occurring in a city known as a high–tech capital. KUOW's Megan Sukys asked Glenn to explain Seattle's digital disparity.
