Ross Reynolds talks with behavioral economist Uri Gneezy about company incentives and why Amazon is implementing the "Pay to Quit" program.

Under the program, Amazon gives its employees $2,000 to quit after one year on the job. If they quit after four years, Amazon pays them $5,000.
