Former state Senator Kathleen Drew wants to become the first Democrat in nearly 50 years to hold the office of Washington's Secretary of State. She faces Thurston County Auditor Kim Wyman in November. Both candidates join us in the studio.

Plus, we hear the latest on a possible Syrian ceasefire from Christian Science Monitor's Scott Peterson; Nick Bond joins us with a weekend weather forecast; and we listen back to our conversation with American Indian activist, artist and actor Russell Means, who died earlier this week at age 72.
