One big question people have asked in the conversation about homelessness and affordability is: can we trust the city to spend this money effectively?


Sara Rankin, director of Seattle University's Homeless Rights Advocacy Project, argues that the city isn't spending on the right things at all. She sat down with Bill Radke to discuss low-barrier housing: why it's successful, and why Seattle isn't doing more of it.
