Bipartisan Bill Seeks To Abolish Death Penalty In Washington

Maureen Walsh, R-Walla Walla, co-sponsor of a bipartisan bill seeking to abolish the death penalty in Washington and replace it with a life sentence. The bill comes almost a year after Governor Jay Inslee imposed a statewide moratorium on capital punishment.
